Two arrested after Denny car break-ins

Two men have been arrested in connection with breaking into cars in the Denny area.

The pair, aged 29 and 22, were disturbed allegedly breaking into a number of cars in the area of Old Mill Way, Stoneywood on Tuesday, January 17.

Both were detained in the area by police and a number of items of property were recovered, which have since been returned to the rightful owners.

The two suspects were due to appear at Falkirk Sheriff Court in relation to the theft from motor vehicles in Old Mill Way and St John's Gardens.

If you observed anyone in these areas acting suspiciously, you are urged to get in touch with police on 01786 456000 or pop into the local office to speak with them.
